The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, with good taste decor and comfy beds, but lacked an in-room washing facility. The service was disappointing with staff who couldn't be bothered to fix their mistake and a lack of understanding of hospitality. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, slightly out of the town center, making a taxi preferable in hot weather. The dining experience offered good quality food but lacked variety in pastries. The facilities were limited.
